Mairi Bunce

Mairi (she/her) is a Scottish content writer living in central Europe.

She splits her time between copywriting and teaching, running Kindergarten English classes and community-building music groups for babies and their grown-ups.

She is outnumbered by three young children of her own.

• I once made a dinosaur birthday cake that was so ridiculous it got me an audition for the Great British Bake Off
  
• I spent my first years of school on a Scottish island that was mainly accessible by a 14-hour ferry ride
  
• My first paid editing job was a photography book about the art of carving radishes.

Work Experience

Mairi has used her expertise in both writing and teaching English in a range of roles, from teaching kindergarten in Vienna to working as an English Language Assistant. More recently, her love of writing has led her to freelance content writing.
