Ok so I got epidural when I gave birth to my son in may and today I am having the worst back spasms like I can’t even carry my son and it’s only the one side of my back too. I feel it would be pointless to go too the doctor. So what can I do?

Do you put bubbles in your baby’s bath? My mum just asked where his bubbles are in the bath but I thought he would be too young to have them and don’t know what age appropriate is for them to have bubbles.
