I know child benefit can be backdated 3 months. Is that 3 months from when you make the claim? I made the claim in May and they still haven’t processed it yet. Does that mean my first payment would be 6 months to include the three months backdated and the three months since i claimed?! (my daughter is 2). thanks!

So the bank holidays which I have accrued while I was off over maternity leave for a year is obviously 8. I went off from September 2023 and returning September 2024. My annual leave goes from 1st April. When do I need to use my 8 days accrued bank holidays by?
