Is it true that with twins or multiples you get a negative pregnancy test and have to do a blood test instead? A friend of mine had that experience, and I’m now 6 days late and have tender boobs and extreme fatigue 😅 also on and off cramping instead of my usual pms consistent cramping.

i took a test yesterday and it was a faint positive within 20 mins (ill show a pic in comments), took one today and if its a faint positive or an evap line. due on in 2 days pls help😭
