Have been ttc for 10 months now everything is normal. I have regular periods never missed one my husbands sperm is fine. I did a hsg which showed my tubes are open and confirmed ovulation with baseline scans. I honestly don’t know what else I can do I feel so frustrated and sad 😞 did anyone in this same situation…
