Honestly I am pretty terrified. I am divorced and I would like to get back out there but now just feel like my body has dealt me a blow.
Perimenopause isn't the end of having great times and of finding even greater strengths 🙂 I started peri age 42 and met the love of my life at age 44. I'm 54 now, and for the first time in my life, I'm singing in a band, gigging and jumping about on stage. We have tons of M-brace members who have similar experiences and are in great health! A friend of mine started DJing in her 40s and now lives in Ibiza DJing. She's the same age as me 🙂 Please don't let scare stories and old attitudes spoil what can be a truly liberating time in your life 🩷
Here are a couple of our factsheets that I think might give you some reassuring pointers: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F3nbIO4HwzB-D4EHz6XdFsN31kjjTKB_/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vDkDeKfCxtFP8qbhSv881xwFLDoceQpH/view?usp=drivesdk

Hello 🙂 it can be really daunting to get this diagnosis at a relatively young age, but the good news is that there's a lot of options available to help with symptoms and take good care of your health and wellbeing. Our M-brace The Change group here in Peanut has loads of evidence-based information and we can help support you with non-medical advice and guidance to help you decide on the treatment you want. 🩷
