Hang in there. All jobs have there pros & cons! Reach out to HR and let them know how you're feeling. Always keep everything in writing. Maybe you can speak to a doctor and take some time off sick, to gather yourself? Hope you find a new, healthier, happier job soon! 🫶
It depends on a job, but in normal companies they are happy when you tell that you have things you noticed are missing from onboarding. Bad onboarding is a huge money loss
Depending on the job and if you’ve been assigned a trainer I would reach out to them or your direct supervisor for what you need help with also come with a game plan, let them know what ways you tend to learn and when is best for questions etc or who you should be going to especially if you just started a job. It does get better, learning a new job is not always easy. Best of luck!
