Okay so I have pcos and my gynecologist wants me to go to the e.r. we'll no one wants to watch the kid and I don't want to take him to the e.r. with me.. all these people say "if you need me I'll be there" but when I actually need them they are no where to be found...

I’m so sorry. I broke my ankle and had a newborn baby and not a single one of my “friends” came to help. I’m trying to find new ones now. I hope you can figure something out. It’s so isolating :(
Yall... my tire blew out and we changed it to the spare got it home my sister came and got me to get a new tire anyways we was changing it andshe pulled the tire and the van fell on my leg
