Something similar happened to me. Well… it’s still ongoing in a way 😅😫. I have Blood pressure drops and fainted last weeks. My iron levels are also low. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about a low blood pressure, except keeping your fluids up and maybe try some stockings? It also helped me to only eat small portions, but more regular (helps me to manage my Blood pressure as well). I have spoken to my work management and adjusted my work load. I also made them aware of the condition, so people know what’s going on and I can take regular breaks. I don’t know if this is something you could arrange at your work place? But it’s definitely very uncomfortable and not nice at all ☹️
I've been told I have super low blood pressure anyway and being pregnant has made it a lot worse. Unfortunately I've been told all I can do is drink a lot and take it easy when standing up!! Low iron also makes this way worse, maybe see if you could get a blood test to see if your iron is low? X
I’ve been suffering so bad with low blood pressure, fainting and feeling so dizzy constantly I’ve been off work with it for months due to my job being on my feet all day, living on SSP has been tough but there’s literally no way I’d be able to stand all day at work I’ve seen a few doctors and all said the same it’s just a pregnancy thing and it affects some more than others,it is frustrating though that there’s nothing that can help 🥲 You might be able to get a universal credit top up on your SSP but it depends how much your partner earns xxx
Yep I had this, had multiple overnight stays in hospital on the cardiac ward and no one could give me an answer to what was wrong. Was told I needed a pacemaker at one point!!
To add: I'm only signed off until this Wednesday. Should I extend this? SSP is only £116 per week, I just don't want to rely on my partner to pay for all the bills and also baby things we need 🥲
