Independent play
What age did you feel comfortable leaving your child to play in a separate room?
For context my son is about to turn 3 and we live in a 200 year old house so all rooms are separated by hallways and it's not easy to hear from one to another...
My son plays well independently but I've yet to feel fully comfortable leaving him to go do other things like chores because of the way our house is set up so I end up sitting around a lot and judging myself for being lazy and unproductive....

My house is really small, thin walls, and my child is very independent so she’s been playing alone around 1yr. We also have her monitor still set up and I can hear if she’s in her room or my room even if I’m in the kitchen
Since they were like 9m old and crawling everywhere but we're in a 2 bedroom apartment and they're twins

Can you put a camera up? I let my 4 year old play independently in her room for awhile without cameras but my house is small and I can hear my kids from the kitchen and living room area.
