Lubion injections

I done my first lubion injection last night and the injection itself was fine but pain/throbbing started about 10 minutes after and I’m still feel pretty sore this morning. I’ve read online that this can happen with the first couple of injections and then get easier? Just wanted to hear other people’s experiences. Im praying it gets easier 🤞😅

I'd like to say that it improved for me but it didn't. There are a few things you can do though (maybe you're already doing them): - warm up the vial from 20 min before the injection. Put it in you bra or hold it in your hand. - avoid alcohol wipes, it stings like hell as the needle goes in - press a hot cloth or water bottle on the area before and after injection (you can't really do this after transfer but I warmed up a tiny cloth and pressed it firmly on the area. The burning lasted a day or 2 per site for me. Hope it gets better for you!

Ice cube on injection site worked for me! I did both before and after

The lubion is just so thick, it feels like syrup going in 😳 I just keep moving the injection area each night. Keeping to under the belly button but alternating sides. Hope they get better for you 🍀

I’ve been injecting myself with lubion every day for almost a month now and only 1 week ago it stopped being painful 😂😂 i think your body eventually get used to it but i would get throbbing pain after 10 minutes of injection until the next day. What helped for me is to massage the area right after injecting!

I warm mine up under my boob for a few mins, i only injected in my thigh. Slowly inject and rub the site after to push the medication around.

I always kept hold of the Lubion in my hand to warm it up a bit but sadly it still stung a bit each time.

Thanks for the advice! Ill massage the area after and see if that makes a difference ☺️

I’ve had my fourth injection now. The massaging definitely seems to be helping and they are still tender the next day but not as much pain as before 🤞
