16 weeks on Sunday . No blood pressure issues . I’ve had a glucose test when I was 12 weeks . I’ve been struggling with nausea so don’t really each much haven’t had any swelling that I’ve noticed anyway xx
@Faye I’d say it’s all related to your lack of eating then. Try little and often but i appreciate it’s hard when you’re feeling so nauseous!
@Lottie luckily I’m not sick often it’s just the feeling of being nauseous I feel like I jinxed myself I was saying at the start of my pregnancy I never had it with my first bad and ever since then it’s everyday 😂 xxx
@Faye speak to your GP for some anti sickness meds if you need to!
@Lottie I spoke to my midwife about it and she said because im not actually being sick the tablets won’t do anything for me should I ask the gp instead ? Xxx
@Faye if you struggle eating things then I think so personally!
I had protein in my wee and it turned out just to be discharge and ketones could be you needed to drink a bit more water x
I haven’t had this but yes chase it. Often it’s no news is good news but sometimes things slip through the net. Best to be on the safe side.
How many weeks are you? Do you have blood pressure issues? If they didn’t say anything you should be fine. Ketones are a sign of dehydration and not eating much, as is protein but protein along with high blood pressure, swelling and visual disturbances is a sign of preeclampsia.
