I just roll on to my side and get up that way x
Roll onto side, drop legs down, push up sideways with arms. Then you're not using stomach at all

Make sure to hold your core in and exhale as you move into up right position. X
Well 1st I lay there with my legs flayling like an upside down turtle 😂😂 if my partner is here he pushes me over and up if not then I roll onto my side and legs down and up we go.
