Family fun

What kinds of activities can you take a baby on? I’m a new mom and I have a step son who is 10, and I was asked if I wanted to go to a college football game. Are those too loud for a baby? I also am breast feeding.

They do make noise cancelling headphones for babies. You can get them on Amazon. As for breastfeeding it might not be super convenient depending on your layers but I would just feed my baby in my seat at the game. I know it might not be comfortable for everyone but breastfeeding is one thing that has no impact on where I go with my baby.

Noise cancelling headphones for sure! Bring the baby wherever you go! Almost anywhere is baby friendly if you decide it is. We love to go to the zoo, out to breweries, farmers market, park, etc. Invest in a good baby carrier and there is almost no where you can't go!

I take the baby everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️ we just went to the pool, we’ve gone to mini putt putt, the mall, etc. he’s had his shots and we want him to get used to being carted around and staying entertained while we are doing things with our toddler

I got a couple of the Amma nursing covers bc they’re cute and you can wear them like a cape or drape it on the car seat for privacy/shade, use it like a blanket etc. I’ve used it while out. Anywhere you go where it’ll be noisy consider baby headphones because anything over 70db can cause permanent hearing damage in babies, and a tv or radio at a moderate volume can hit 70db. I use the db meter on my Apple Watch to check noise levels often! But I’d say don’t be afraid to take baby out to events, just be prepared! I think BF makes it easier because you can feed on demand and don’t have to pack bottles!
