What are you working on with your toddler?

Are you working on learning anything with your toddler at the moment? I’d love some inspo for example my friend is teaching her daughter a is for apple b is for ball etc where as I hadn’t thought to do that yet but we’re working on colour recognition and learning to jump. I’d love to hear what you are doing with your little ones so I can steal some ideas 💖

Were working on colours, climbing and safe cooking (washing veg, making pizzas and washing our hands etc)

We are also focusing on the alphabet with my daughter. She knows nearly all of the letters now so recently got a jigsaw game to start spelling really simple words like cat and dog and getting her to pick the write letter x

Currently working on the alphabet. She knows the ABC song that we all learn so working through the letters to try and learn 'a for apple' and other letter sounds. Also doing numbers, we are a little stuck after 16 for some reason so trying to do 17-25. We are also looking at opposites (big and small, loud and quiet etc) We have done shapes and colours and do lots of singing. We do lots of cooking and using safe cooking tools.

Glad and not glad you have posted this as I haven't been doing much of this. We count up to 10, colours,building blocks,singing and ABC,picture cards and asking her to pass me certain cards. Worried I'm behind with her now 😞 x
