Christmas presents

I need ideas of what to get my baby for Christmas. What can I get a 7 month old??? I already have a bunch of learning stuff from my toddler so he won’t need a walker or stuff like that. All I can think of is sensory stuff. Please help!

Also need ideas so following:)

@anon I already have his cot that my toddler is currently using, he’s going into a big boy bed then my baby will get the cot. All I have atm is musical instruments that light up, I have no more ideas😂

@anon oh yes! He will be weening at Christmas so could definitely get him some snacks

How about a Tonies box they are brilliant with songs ones I have got my little girl who will be 7 months at Christmas her first Christmas Eve box with a bell and her 1 st Christmas 2024 bauble and a Christmas sack and a Christmas book xx

@Kate I’ve never heard of tonie box😂what is it?

@Angel https://tonies.com/?

I'll probably get Alma some sort of busy board and a couple of Montessori toys. Maybe one or two of the usborne touchy feely books as well because she has 'that's not my turtle' and absolutely loves it! I've also seen this "like a boss" activity table which is f'in hilarious and makes me want to put a little tie on her and watch her check the stock market and do a zoom call but I'm not sure I can justify the price for a 7 month old 😂 https://amzn.eu/d/ez0gYFy

@Lisa £100!! Just for them to grow out of it in a month or 2!?

They won’t remember, so I wouldn’t go overboard! Especially once relatives start buying too! For my little boys first Christmas, we got him a little push trike (from Facebook marketplace) and a few books and some clothes

She’s already got loads of toys so I’m not bothering getting loads of new things, I’ve bought one or two when I’ve just seen things. She’s just going to get some of the things she already has wrapped up for the experience. I do have her a walker as well but may use that beforehand if she’s ready

My daughter is getting a Yoto player - similar to Tonies, along with some custom cards with recordings of her grandparents reading stories (we live abroad so we don't get to see them as often as we'd like). We'll probably wrap some boxes and everyday items for her to play with as I think at this age they're more excited about boxes than toys!

I'm thinking of getting a second hand Montessori climber so that he has it ready for when he's a bit bigger and a tuff tray which I was going to set up with a Christmas theme. Then from Father Christmas I was just going to follow the something I want, something I need, something to wear and something to read rule in a stocking x
