NSECH - music/lighting
Hey everyone! I’m wondering if you’re able to play music in the birthing rooms at NSECH, and if so I’m assuming we take our own speakers? Additionally if I go into labour at night I’d prefer dimmed lighting, I’m very much a candle gal so similar vibes - just wondering if it’s an option to dim the lights there? Any recent experiences?

I’m not sure about the lights as I didn’t ask but you can definitely play music
Yes they have the projectors which have built in Bluetooth speakers that you can connect to your phone ☺️ had them for both my labours 🥰

I gave birth at NSECH in March and I had music and dimmed lights! We just played music through my partners phone which was loud enough for me but I don’t see why speakers would be an issue
