A friend of mine was recommended this by a fertility expert after trying to conceive first some time. I had a mmc in July & I decided to try using it end July - present (I have pcos) haven’t noticed any differences but I have noticed my cycles have been a bit shorter but not sure if that’s just a shift due to hormonal changes x
I use this, and it has given me really regular cycles I’m 35 and only discovered it 2 years ago. I was diagnosed at 18 with PCOS and always had irregular periods sometimes going months without one I now have a period consistently every month taking this. I conceived my daughter after 2 months of using and now hoping for a second.

I got a period within a day, and do feel that it’s doing something. I was recommended it initially by a friend who conceived and then I came across the video in the link and found this really encouraging. X
@Megan I can confirm that infolic acid is. Brilliant. I have now had a period for two months in a row and I can’t remember the last time I had that. I know it’s not solely down to infolic acid as I also take Metformin but it has helped. Would recommend this product. Best of luck xx
Thank you all. I ended up buying it and been on them for just over 2 weeks and had a natural period so I'm very excited to see what happens over the next few months xx
