I’ve been have the same tightness! I didn’t experience this in my last pregnancy. At times it feels difficult to breathe regularly. I tried a belly band and I find that it helps relieve some of the tightness in the diaphragmatic and oblique muscles. I hope you can find some relief mama! ❤️
Me too but I also did some yoga and held some core poses so I think some of it is sore abdominal muscles which feels weird!
Check out Spinning Babies. The inversions are the best for gently stretching out those sore ligaments and help baby get into optimal position. Also, a light compression band can help on busy days. I might be getting a sturdier hip band as I get bigger since baby is sitting so low currently. I’m 26 weeks. Also, make sure that you aren’t sitting in a reclined position for too long. Sit up with pillow support or lay on your side.
