Ngl I did it 3 weeks pp after an episiotomy lol. I’m sure you will be absolutely fine as I’m now 2 months pp with no pain at all when I have sex. At first it was a little bit (baring in mind I was 3 weeks pp not 9) and certain positions hurt more than others but now it’s completely pain free and normal. It’s normal to be nervous but just take it slow and I’m sure you’ll be fine x
@Zoe what would you say the best position is to do it for first time? xx
Definitely positions that don’t go as deep. Best one for me to begin with was missionary because I could control it more and on my side. Doggy is deep but ok after a couple times. I’d say just try missionary first and try to relax x
@Zoe thank you so much! x
I had sex 8 weeks after birth with episiotomy and it was awful . Sex was not great for around 8/9 months to be honest !! I agree certain positions were worse, missionary was not good ! I found either from behind or me on top was best. But you won’t know until you try Xx
@Courtney thank you i’m literally so scared to try keeping getting so close to and then im like nope can’t do it 😭🤣x
@Jenna Louise me too i have a transvaginal scan on thursday and i knows it’s not sex but somethings still going up there im so scared for it
