Health anxiety

I’ve really struggled with health anxiety since having my little one, it’s literally on my mind 24/7. I end up googling everything and make things so much worse, to be honest don’t even know what the point of this post is , trying to get things off my chest I guess. Has anyone else struggled with this and have any tips

Yep & I’m at my drs almost weekly with different things either for myself or my baby and I get so embarrassed ringing up because I’m like they probably think oh it’s her again!🙈 your not alone x

Yep! I’ve always had health anxiety! But since having my son it’s even worse! I’ve already been to the doctors twice last week for him 😂 you’re not alone though don’t worry… also try and stay off google!! It makes things worse 😂

Yes! Like the above I’ve always had health anxiety but since giving birth and having a traumatic birth it’s been worse, I’m currently doing talking therapy xx

It has really helped me, I’d go for it if you can ☺️xx

Definitely talk to the GP about your anxiety, I have had talking therapy and it helps to have someone listen. X
