Baby blues are so hard. You’re going through so many emotions, your hormones are all over the place, you’re sleep deprived, you’re dealing with the biggest life change ever. It is intense. Could you speak to your midwife or health visitor? There’s lots of support on the NHS for maternal mental health. These feelings are really common - you’re definitely not alone 💗💗
Talk talk talk. There are thousands feeling the same. So don't hold back to open up to a family member or a friend 🫶🏽🫶🏽
I really struggled with this with my first baby. After a few weeks it got a lot better so hang in there and wait for the hormones to subside and talk to your partner and family about how you’re feeling. Hang in there x
Be kind to yourself ❤️ you’ve gone through a huge change and transformation and your body will be flooded with hormones now. Make sure you speak with your midwife or doctors and let them know how you feel too x
