Girl I promise you it does pass, start activity doing thing to take him off your mind, start trying to find joy and happiness in other things. This was me when my LO was 3 months old except I was game for him leaving but he then wanted to “ show me “ by being intolerable and down right mean. I stared actively moving on like seriously moving on and after a while I wasn’t pretending anymore. Fake it till you make it works even if u have cry in the bathroom then come out smiling. Pick up ur crown wear it and I promise you, you’ll find someone who wants to polish and worship it. X

I’m trying to keep busy it’s the video calls daily he does with his duaghter which hurt me the most atm, I find myself crying for him down the phone and he’s just so cold. Would I be the asshole if I stopped the video calls between then (she’s 11month old)

I know those phone calls use to infuriate me and it’s not even like they spend 5 minutes to “talking” to the baby. I won’t advise cutting the video calls because he would use that against u in court n say your using the baby. Whenever he calls for his daughter make sure she’s in a safe environment then place the phone somewhere where he can see her n she can see him then leave. I did that for 3 weeks with my ex who ain’t shit and he himself stopped calling cause he wasn’t having access to me. This will also help you set boundaries with yourself and with him being distant in every way from him will also help you.
