I feel the same way. Dr offered antidepressants but I personally chose not to take them. If that is something you would do then reach out to your Dr. Just know you are not alone even if family doesn't understand. ❤️

Reach out to your loved ones and ask for support. If you’re open, have someone take the baby overnight once or twice a week to get rest and take naps during the day whenever you can. Prioritize your rest, nutrition, and do some things during the week that bring you joy. Get outside when possible as that always helps at least 1%! If you don’t already have one, find a therapist and/or I recommend journaling
