I do have a therapist so doing that type of work! Just thought of some other resources :)
@Madison oh got it! I've heard yoga us a really good one for that, there are a few YouTube walkthroughs of yoga poses specific to trauma
I wish I had resources.. I don't want to pry so rather I'll volunteer my experience that I had trauma from my first 2 births in hospital and my 3rd birth was quite a healing experience at home in water with an amazing midwife. I've since had 2 more home births with the same midwife.
While I don't have advice for those kinds of things, you may be interested in a shadow work journal or just shadow working in general. Just doing holistic physical stuff isn't going to help unless you actually face the trauma head on
