Yes girl, I struggle with constipation without being pregnant. But being 34 weeks tomorrow... I take a stool softener at night with a sennicot and also a stool softener in the morning. The struggle is real!
I have been drinking apple juice and it has made me go back to my normal stools
@Ale I’ve tried regular black coffee, apple juice, and I’m lactose intolerant so also milk. The suppository didn’t work earlier so now I’m going to try milk of magnesium

Are you taking a pro/prebiotic? It’s essential to staying regular! I’ve been religiously taking it along with prenatal and swear I’d be constipated if I wasn’t taking it.
I'm taking stool softeners once to twice a day just to not be miserable. Trust me I get it
