We had a zoom call with ours, second baby for us too. Felt completely pointless tbh!
I’ve got mine on Thursday God knows why she’s even comin tbh, I don’t see the point it’s not like it’s the first and we don’t know what we’re doing x
I haven’t heard anything about a visit yet although my midwife mentioned it would happen! How much notice did they give you before the appointment? Nervous someone will just turn up on the doorstep and I won’t have a chance to tidy 😅😂
@Jules this literally happened to me yesterday! Me and my little one just got out the bath and she was at my door, no phone call/ text or email to say I was expecting one to come😩😂😂 luckily I’d had a tidy around in the morning and she was lovely so x
@Jai oh no so it really does happen!! Luckily we’ve got friends coming over this evening so I’m about to do a big tidy meaning I’ll be ready for any unexpected visitors 😂😂 the house isn’t awful at all to be fair, just I’d make an extra effort if I knew somebody was coming x

I've never had this, I'm in Cornwall. I got given their red book in the hospital and met my HV at the 5 day check
They did this with me also it's a new thing they do they also wanted to nosey at where baby will sleep mine just chatted about antenatal classes etc xx
