Just curious why not just hire a nanny?
I have a nanny, but she has her own schedule, and just had a baby. With an Aupair i am guaranteed to have someone here constantly. So that’s why!
I’ve been looking into this too!! Right now I’m using cultural care and au pair in America!! There are Facebook groups that have been really helpful!!:):)
