You can pretty much only have time to yourself if hubby is watching the kids. If you currently get NONE, you need to start taking an hour eg 2pm-3pm on Saturdays.
Put your younger kids in a double stroller and take them for a walk. It's like time off while still watching kids. It's good exercise and you can space out while you put on a podcast or listen to music. Bring a note pad in case you have any good ideas pop into your head. Bring healthy snacks and a few toys to keep them occupied. They may both fall asleep, and then you'd really have time to yourself! (At least enough to do your hair) 😀

My son loves velcro puzzles. So it's like a big mat. He's got a zoo one and sea life one. Velcro pieces to stick on to the mats. Magnetic tiles. Duplo lego. Not sure where you are but I use Amazon to order things x
