Feeling like I cant anymore

What do you do the weeks you feel like you just can’t anymore? Theres times I’m thriving and other time I just cant cope. I know ill get through it but I’m in this feeling like i don’t want to just get through it. I never thought I would be doing it all alone. I don’t have anyone. I just need life to be more than just getting through the day.

I wish I had some great words of advice, this is such a rollercoaster of a ride and sometimes feels so insane! I know you might not physically know any of us on this site but we’re all here if you need a chat or vent or anything. My messages are always open too. Just know you’re doing an amazing job and sometimes taking it day by day is the best way. You’ve got this ❤️

Try talking to a therapist. Depression takes many forms and post partum depression is the most unfair kind of even if it’s for a little while, anti depressants might be helpful. There are apps like better help and talk space that can offer you help or talk to your OB or pediatrician about how you’re feeling. ❤️

Prayer and seeking a relationship with God helped me get through my lowest postpartum depression moments. Not sure I would of made it this far , I was a single mom with 3 kids , 5, 4 and a newborn, I was homeless , no job , no place , no money , nothing, I didn’t see a way for things to get better but my life turned around 🙏🏼 wish you the best🙏🏼 stay strong for your babie(s)

My husband and I have started calling it surthriving. Most days it does feel like we’re just surviving, but there’s always a pile of things inside the home and out that require attention and we are just 2 people. We want to soak in this temporary time even if it’s full of mess and chaos. So I try to find moments in the day where I’m ok with it, because often it means I gave my 2 little ones some extra attention. Most days I’m rushing around trying to keep up, and it can feel like drowning. Maybe list your top 3 things that you need to feel good, so that you can prioritize them in the week. Whether it’s working out, catching up on dishes, watching a favorite show. You deserve time to do the things that can base you and help you feel like yourself again.
