Venting
American work environment sucks. I’m on mat leave and it was extended by my dr bc of ppd. I got a letter today from my employer basically saying if I do not come back (aka get it extended again which Dr already did) by the first return date Dr stated I will be paying 800 monthly for my health insurance which previously had been covered fully. So basically I pay 800 bucks a month which is what disability pays or I go back to work when I’m not healthy enough. I googled it and it’s totally legal because it’s not fmla which I don’t qualify for because the employee limit is 5 and we have 4.. just lovely…
