Is it me? Am I being sensitive/crabby

I feel like people are always asking things of me. all I do is do for immediate family but recently feel overwhelmed) annoyed that friends are asking favours because I'm not working. Such as walk dogs, drop off places when I've got the kids. Im not sure if Im seeing things differently as I'm sleep deprived or maybe because in super independent and wouldn't ask others for help especially if they had young children. I feel like saying ask your own parents who drive and don't work but I'm too polite!

Being a new mama is a full time commitment. Quite frankly... I don't get chance to Walk my own dogs.. let alone someone else's.. Your tired so maybe it's triggering you but I would deffo be drawing that line.. you have enough to do. Say no.. I havnt got time.. this time is precious with your little one xx

No mama you’re totally justified to feel like that, you should politely tell them to find someone else ! It’s not like you are on vacation, you’re on maternity leave which is a full time job in itself! If you are unsure of how to phrase it just say “sorry I can’t, I have plans” - once you say that enough times they will get the hint xxxx

Do you realise humans can’t be pleased?? Don’t ever go out of your way for anyone So far it’s not convenient for you, politely turn them down. If they fail to understand, you’re not responsible for their problems x

I will stand my ground. I am a bit of a people pleaser but my children are the only ones I need to make sure are happy right now. Xxx

Totally justified! I don't give a shit if someone thinks I have the time to do it, my time is my time and I'll use it as I please!
