Help

I don’t really know where to start. The doctors said I needed some talking therapy but I’m not good at talking face to face. I’ve always been a up and down kind of person, but since loosing my nan 3 years ago everything has gone out the window. I was angry all the time and I wouldn’t take it out on everyone else. They put me on sertraline which has helped a little but not all the time. I just feel like I’m worrying constantly, about other family members. I have no social life because everytime I make friends I give them everything and I always get stabbed in the back. I’m self employed but sometimes I really don’t want to do anythjng so I don’t go but then I panic about money as I have debt to pay off. It’s like going round in a circle. I keep forgetting things, I have no energy, I feel tearful and lot of the time. I feel lonely so I try to make friends on here but it fizzles out but then I think do I want friends cause all they have done is hurt me in the past. Some days I feel like I want to stay home but I want to go out at the same time it’s very strange. I just feel like life is boring and nothing to look forward to. Sometimes it’s hard to describe exactly what I’m feeling

Hi hon. I'm so sorry to hear this. Firstly, I am a therapist. I do hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.. You don't need to be scared of talking therapy. It is really to help you talk through things and the therapist will guide you to think about things differently, do things differently and help you process loss and fear and worry. However, if that is still not right for you, then hypnotherapy is amazing. You don't need to talk much and the therapist will guide your subconscious mind to make the deep seated changes. I personally love hypnotherapy much more than talking therapy. Talking therapy only works with the conscious mind, but hypnotherapy works on a much deeper level with the subconscious mind Personally, all my sessions are done online and I work with people all Iver the world.
