@Cathy what is a tuff tray?
@Cathy we've already got paint and baby loves them! Tuff tray is a good idea wasn't sure if they would be too young for them atm though? My baby just outs everything in his mouth these days😅

@Katie Haha yeah everything goes to the mouth. I wouldn’t put anything tiny in it but you could start with different materials for them to feel. Baby sensory classes I’ve been to have had us standing our babies in jelly and oats (not together) so maybe something messy like that if you’re feeling brave 😬🤣 I was thinking at Christmas time maybe loads of tinsel, leftover wrapping paper and fairy lights. Obviously would need close supervision but doesn’t everything?!
@Cathy we did jelly at baby class and he loved it so that's a good idea! He was so small when we did it he only put his feet in as I didn't want him to eat any but he will be 7 months at Christmas so aslong as I buy sugar free jelly he can eat as much as he wants lol. The Christmas themed sensory is a brilliant idea which I will be stealing, thankyou so much xx
@Katie Same about the jelly. We only did feet and my little boy looked at me as if I was mad 😄 I’m a reception teacher so love a tuff spot! You’re very welcome ☺️
How does everyone find tik tok shop to buy from? Also has anyone tried Vinted? Any good?
@Bea I haven’t used TikTok shop but am obsessed with Vinted. You do have to add £2+ onto orders for delivery but you can get some real bargains.
@Bea love both!!
I’ve only just started thinking about ideas but will probably get a tuff tray because they’re great for doing messy/sensory activities. If you don’t have Pinterest, I would recommend it for ideas. I was thinking poster paints too - you can put paint into a sealed food bag for babies to touch and smush without the mess. Not sure what else yet. My boy has one of those bells/rattles on your list already and LOVES it so that should go down well 😊
