Please give me ANY tricks that helped you conceive

First time I ever tried to get pregnant I was having sex every day in the fertile window and using saliva or normal lube. Didn’t work. Second month, I learned that saliva and lube kill sperms and sex should be every other day during fertile window. So I followed that and got pregnant. Unfortunately I miscarried at 7weeks. Now I’m trying the same and waiting to see the results of my second month tcc. First month didn’t work even following the above advice. So my advice is really to reduce saliva and normal lube during sex.

@Pam you could use the pre seed lube I heard that supports the sperm
