Message me anytime🤍Motherhood can feel lonely sometimes so you’re not alone..easier said than done but try focus on the positives in your life instead ie having your mum in your life, your beautiful baby, the home you’ve created for you both, the love and care you give your baby, the love your baby gives you, and any other lovely things that may put a smile on your face big or small. Think of this period as a phase that will pass and you won’t always feel like this. It’s also ok to cry maybe your body needs it. And re feeling depressed, maybe your body needs deep rest, could your mum perhaps have baby for a few days or so while you take care of you? I’d also encourage you to speak to gp if you’re feeling extremely depressed and discuss options that you’re comfortable with to help, whether that’s talking therapy or antidepressants, also confide in mum You’re not alone and you will come out of this on top, stay strong and have faith and definitely reach out for help to mum and GPxx
