Same !!!! I started taking vitamin b6 for the nausea thats the only thing safe for pregnancy im almost 15 weeks too but im still a bit sleepy but not as much

Ask ur ob about vitamin b6 for nausea and vomiting 25 mg tab once a day.
I’m the same at 15 weeks, try the vitamin b6 route or switching up the time of day you take your prenatal vitamins. I found that I tend to get nauseous after I take it so I switched to mornings in between bites of breakfast
Agreed had to stop taking my prenatal in the morning and taking it in afternoon helps a lot. Also vitamin b6 25 mg 3x daily. I also take nature made prenatals had to switch because the ones i got from whole foods made me so nauseous. i think the outer coating helps you not absorb so quickly. also lots of ginger chews and crackers. ginger ale helped too.
try unisom and b6, for me unisom one tablet a night did the trick make sure it’s doxycycline succinate. And also take prenatals at night
My energy comes and goes for sure. I'm 15 weeks 4 days
