Baby’s Movements!

Never feel bad about being doubtful in your baby’s health if you feel a little change in baby’s movements go in!!! i’m 26 + 3 weeks. 3 days ago i felt reduce movements and then i saw fresh red blood when i passed urine. straight away at 1:30am i went to the triage where they decided they were going to admit me to hospital due to the baby not passing checks. this is my second night tonight, they did an emergency scan yesterday and alhamdulilah his growth is well. his movements are there as well as his heart beat. but did they find a cyst on his pelvis. they have referred me to a specialist unit. however, i wanted to go home today since i knew baby was okay. but baby was still not passing the CCTGI machine!! Either i have a lazy baby or something is genuinely wrong with his heartbeat being so normal and not fluctuating. ( they wanted to see his heartbeat being 147 going to 150+ different ranges basically but my babies heart rate was staying between 147-149 so a steady relaxed pace. hence why i suggest that my baby is lazy lol) Let’s see what happens, and if i need to stay for a 3rd night! - REMEMBER!! Never doubt your ability to understand if your baby is okay or not, if you feel a problem or difference contact your triage or go A&E. All babies are different and you never know what is happening inside your body clearly. So save yourself the anxiety and go get checked!!!

Hope you and baby are good and home soon ❤️

@Bethany thanks! i’ve been discharged now as the CCTGI passed requirements! however my sugar has been high i’ve been diagnosed with GDM 2 weeks ago. now they have given me metformin😢

I hope you’re both ok ❤️

I'm glad you're home! 😃 I had GD too and went straight to insulin injections. It was a pain, but everything was great with me and baby 🙂 xx

@Bethany oh right! how was your birthing experience with GD? Is it possible for baby to be born earlier if you have GD?
