Uti
Hi anyone, I think i have a uti and i’m getting quite panicked as i think i have had it for maybe a week now but only just started having symptoms. i’ve messaged my doctors but i really can’t help but panic because i feel like i’ve left it too late and im scared my baby could have been harmed. has anyone else experienced one whilst pregnant?

@Katie thank youu so much. i’m just waiting to hear back for the doctors. i only began panicking when i was reading about them online and that’s sometimes if they’re left untreated for a while they can sometimes end pregnancy with a miscarriage which really has me panicking. I will see if i can do that at my doctors though it sounds like a brilliant idea thank you! x
i had a uti undetected for months and months when i was pregnant with my first they didn’t find out and treat it till i was in hospital being induced she’s now 19 months old i also currently have one and am having anti biotics i am 7 weeks 3 days xx

Hey lovely, try not to panic and get an app with your doc to test. I’ve had 2 utis one I had for about 2 weeks early on and one at 10 weeks on check up at the hospital, I know the panic feeling though The only thing I can suggest and I’ve done it with my docs this pregnancy is to get urine samples and drop them off at your doc every other week, I’m making sure I’m on top of UTIs this time round for sure x
