Sleep with a pillow between your legs/knees and under your bump. Also agree speak to your midwife as PGP is so bad so need to treat it before it gets worse!
Agree with the pillow between your legs!! I was just putting one leg over mine until recently, and then saw a recommendation here to try that instead if your hips hurt and honestly it's made the world of difference! x

Speak to your midwife about getting a referral to the physio. I got diagnosed with Pelvic Girdle Pain, in with the physio and it has made a WORLD of difference!!
