Was yours quite a sharp shooting pain? It causes me to double over sometimes.
Mine was like a burning. I've been in tears because of it, bent over and kneeled on the floor it's been so bad. I have a pregancy yoga ball, and used this alot to help
Ive had PGP and its very uncomfortable. Make sure you stretch, there are lots of videos specifc to PGP to help, but these must be done at your own pace. I would contact the physio as well, I think the midwife or GP can refer you. They can give you exercises to help. I have dogs so have to walk everyday and the physio gave me a belt to support me. Try to keep your knees together when you are getting in and out of the car, and take steps one at a time (down with your strong side, up with your weaker). Heat helped me, but you can try ice aswell just not near your bump. X
