Yes it’s so bad I’ve had since 20 weeks I find a walking stick helps when it gets really bad getting of sofa and beds if no one is around to help I sometimes find days or hours where my body just stops working and I’m just stuck in a position then once I get moving it loosens a little it’s vile
I have had a pregnancy massage today though and have found I feel great had no issues today maybe get one booked in x
Yep. It's due to baby's position as he/she moves. I'm 36w5d and have had that since about 25w, absolutely debilitating. I can't sit up in bed anymore. I have to roll onto my stomach and slither out of my bed like a snake
You may be walking around too much - I recommend rest and a pregnancy belly band to help with the weight
Yes, I’ve been experiencing this too. Try keeping your knees together getting in and out of the car and bed or chairs. And try to get your feet up when you can ♥️
I recently started pelvic floor physical therapy and after only 2 sessions I think I’m experiencing some relief. Unfortunately it’s not standard which it should be. I had to ask my dr to refer me and had to call a few places to find one that was covered by my health insurance (still with copay.) Definitely recommend looking into it though, pre and post partum.
Use a pregnancy belt, that helped me so much! It was a miracle. They gave it to me at the hospital, I went in because I had so much pelvic pain I couldn’t even turn in bed.
Just started having this problem myself with being 35 weeks little is getting down an I’ve definitely noticed if I sit or say for longer periods I get pressure and pain
Unfortunately it’s normal. Baby is descending down into the birth canal and this will help you efface and dilate for labor
