Try doing some light exercises and try a waist trainer to help your belly go back down.. it’s understandable you just pushed a human out of u so u need to rest and get back to you love

Take each day as it comes. We all felt like that in the beginning. Take a nice, hot shower and pamper yourself a little and it will do wonders for yourself.

Get bigger clothes. It’s okay! I also had a huge attachment to my physique after having 2 kids, I understand that my body is a perfect temple that made 2 gorgeous babies. Now, I work out with them, I laugh with them, play with them. Enjoy yourself in your new body, the more you take the focus off your body the more your body will go back to your previous weight (at least close to it) the stress will make you crave unhealthy food and habits. Being happy will encourage you to care for yourself and your baby.

Please be gentle with yourself and your body. It just did something soooo amazing it brought life into this world which is no easy task. There are mommy supplements that help you restore what was taken. I will show a photo of them and if you feel up to trying them. Also getting out is important for your mental health. Sitting still for too long will effect your mental health so even a walk outside once a day will help you. Praying for you lovely

You’re not alone!! I’ve also been feeling alone. I had my baby a year ago but I still have a small belly and some of my old clothes still don’t fit. It does make me feel some type of way. I started doing exercises little here and there trying not to eat junk. Stay hydrated. One thing that helps is have a little relative or friend that can baby sit for 3-6 hours and go out on a date with yourself: get dinner, get ur hair done, gym, massage apt etc..It always makes me feel better when I’m feeling depressed

Hi I’m in Harlem too if you’re looking for a friend .

I am in the same boat. I’ve been thinking about working out and all that but a newborn is definitely tiring and he’s where all my energy goes. Maybe we could find a solution together
