You're very welcome. My other suggestion is to go for walks, sit near a pier, something nature related. I know this may require energy just to do that, but don't even think about it. Just do it. I sometimes have to force myself to do that, and then I feel better, lol.
@Mel it’s true this weekend i was able To walk around the water and I felt som much more energy even went to Olive Garden after it felt good to get outside !! 🙏🏾❤️❤️

I'm not sure what you're thinking of doing for $ but girl I know that's stressful even thinking about. I'm up at 3 in the morning EST down my rabbit holes and letting God lead me... but play with chatgpt.... ppl use that to scale their businesses. See what it can do for you! Look for wfh jobs too.

I'm in the same position. And it's daily. What's helping is truly staying present and not thinking too far ahead in the future. Controlling what I can... clearing clutter... doing to-dos but START small. I am keeping motivating quotes in my calendar daily. Check this IG post.
