I’ve had loads! My midwife said it’s totally normal.

I’m wanting to know the same thing I keep getting them as week I’m just past 21 weeks and I’ve had them from the start

yes, they’re normal! i never had them prior to being pregnant, but get them all the time now. they started in my second trimester x

I’ve been having them since like maybe week 12 and my midwife said it’s totally normal. I have started to use cold humidifier at nights so it helps a little bit.

Yeah I’ve been getting them too! Seems to be something to do with the increased blood volume in your body. If I sneeze or blow my nose (anything causing increased pressure) it seems to bleed lol

I also never had a single nosebleed in my life until pregnancy and since then Iv had a good few. Sometimes starting at night when I’m sleeping ! It’s only ever from the one side as well 😂 it’s increased blood flow around your body, the vessels in your nose are tiny and sometimes they can’t handle the extra volume of blood so they rupture and bleed. Totally normal ☺️

Actually having another one right now 🙄😂

I’ve had a couple, not sure what causes them

I had a nosebleed randomly one morning. I think it’s due to the hormones and increased blood flow in pregnancy. You only need to speak to someone about it if you think you’ve got a lot of blood loss and you’re dizzy or have trouble breathing or it doesn’t slow down/stop after half an hour.

It’s completely normal my first pregnancy symptom was nose bleeds and still having them now,
