Nausea

Hi all! I’m 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and my nausea is kicking in. The only thing I can stomach is dry cereal.. can anyone recommend things that help?

Have u tried fruit ? Any watery fruit helped me because it wasn’t a strong flavour at the water would fill me up x

I would go EPU and ask them for help. I was given meds and anti sickness injection that helped a lot. If you’re really dehydrated they will put you on a drip. X

Make sure you do eat and drink even if you don’t feel like it. I found it was worse when I put off eating I always keep rich tea biscuits in my bedside table as eating first thing helped. Ginger biscuits are good too Motion sickness wristbands also help some people Randomly I also found I was craving gin and tonic 🙈 so I got some non alcoholic gin and I found that really helped with the nausea. No idea why and could just be me though!

Always had dry biscuits and water with me. It might sound weird, but I found sucking on ice cubes helped 😅 x

Coconut water, nuts (cashews and almonds), breadsticks, crackers, mints, chewing gum, hard boiled lemon or ginger sweets. Definitely have these sorts of things near you and when you go out but try your best to eat healthy meals (fruit and veggies). Hope this helps ❤️

Always had arrowroot thins! x

My doctor gave me anti-nausea tablets that you stick under your top lip and that really helped for me!

Oatcakes? Plain pasta. Thin crust pizza always helped me too 😀
