December mommas
Did any December moms attend any Christmas/ holiday functions when having baby so close to the holidays. I’m due dec 19, and just don’t know if I feel like bringing a newborn to a huge family event, and having her passed around so soon. especially during flu season. And I honestly don’t even know how I will feel postpartum. just looking for other peoples experiences/ thoughts.

Christmas is just my favourite holiday and I don’t want to miss out. But I also don’t want to throw my newborn into so many germs so soon
Same my sister is coming in from Toronto and my cousin is coming in from Montreal to meet the baby it will be the first time our whole family is together in years... so I'm completely torn!
I’m gonna baby wear so I can still go but can use the excuse that it’s too hard getting her in and out so nobody plays pass the baby
We are waiting until he’s 2 months or so before bringing him around everyone so no Christmas this year.
