Depo injection

Came off the depo in September after having only 1 shot it just didn't agree with me. Since then I've had no period just spotting & discharge but I feel pregnant & it's driving me absolutely crazy!! My boobs are killing I feel rough head ache etc my stomach feels tender to press, me & my oh had unprotected sex a week ago & I did get the morning after pill but these symptoms have been like this for months it's driving me absolutely crazy and effecting my life so badly as I'm so paranoid that I'm pregnant!! I've done multiple tests & all negative but I'm so fed up ! Just wondering if anyone else had the same side effects after coming off it & how long did it take for period to come back?

@Eileen I'm so glad its not just me! Omg yes you're mind plays tricks on you so bad! It's horrible isn't it I keep telling myself it's in my head but because there's no period & I'm getting these symptoms I'm like I must be & I don't want to be so it's effecting my moods massively it's making me feel proper depressed 🙃 x

@Eileen that sounds truly horrific 😭 can't believe it took 2 years for you're periods to come back that's bloody awful! It shouldn't be allowed it messes me with people's bodies so much. Thank you so much 😘 I don't think it helps that I'm 9 months pp & I'm still getting phantom kicks that plays on my mind even more 🤦🏻‍♀️ x

@Eileen it should be tbh as it's bloody horrific, my moods are so low I don't no if it's depression as I suffer with it or still bloody hormones. X

Hi I was on the depo for 1 year and I came off at the beginning of this year. I'm still having problems with spooting and irregular periods and pregnancy symptoms but I'm not pregnant. It's honestly driving me insane and the gp won't do anything due to them saying it's normal and it requires time
