Delayed milestones

Hi so my sons almost 27 months and i keep ringing the health visiting team to try get a new health visitor as his left before he turned 1 and they never gave us another, and everytime I call or email they just say they will contact me to book closer to the time but its looking unlikely. I looked up the checklist for 27 month review as I was curious and realised my son is only achieving 2 of the things per section.. is this a huge worry or anyone elses child the same as not looking like Im going to get a health visitor to answer any questions.

What delayed milestones are you noticing? That might be helpful for all of us

I just read each and every question and this all seems fine to me. I mean when you stated that he doesn’t speak like other people his age, can you let me know how you might not feel that way?

he barely says any words yet, and most he can say arent clear at all, he can say maybe 30 words? other than that he still babbles like a baby x

I even compared it to my 28 month old and some of this stuff, he isn’t even doing!

@Apollo mines too and with him being able to say some stuff lets you know that he is learning.. it’s okay for him to learn at his own pace. It also plays a factor if he is the only kid that you have and that’s my situation. This is my only son and he doesn’t go to childcare when I’m off to work, he go to his grandma house and she goes watches him. Kids learn more quickly when they always have someone around the same age at home to mimic off of

thats reassuring thank you so much x i just worry more since i have almost 100% got undiagnosed autism and his dad has autism and adhd x
