Until their umbilical cord dried up completely. I asked my doctor when was best as to not cause any issues.

i know you have to wait till the Umbilical cod falls off before you can bathe them

I spoke to the midwife about this today she said you can give them a bath whenever, however it’s recommended to keep the cord dry as it’s easier for it to fall off that way x

About a week and a half

My baby was meconium stained so we gave one in the hospital 24hrs later. After that, not until a week later

Hospital midwife gave ours a bath on day 2! And said that we can bathe as often as we'd like to but we chose to only do it every few days.

5 days

2 weeks

My babys cord fell off at 5 days and that’s when she had her first bath

My girls cord came off at 3 days (she was in the NICU under blue lights which dried it up) but we still waited until she was around 10 days old. We still only bathe her every 2-3 days because she has baby eczema and we don’t want to dry her skin out, plus heat flares it up so bath time is fun for her but uncomfortably itchy after.

Around 10 days

2 weeks

A month. Top and tailed before then.

24 hours..

7 days with my first, 9 days with my second

I think I waited for around a month and just did top and tail before then

I was told I don’t have to wait until cord fell off. He was about 5 days old x
